Jaro Rais

Driven, adaptable, and cross-functional — in business and in fatherhood.

Scroll down to see what I’ve built

I’ve been solving problems
– building products, launching startups, closing deals, writing copy, designing flows, and leading teams. Not because I had to. Because I could.

Some call it multi-skilled.
I just call it getting shit done.

Now in Stockholm, Sweden
– with my wife, 3 kids, and a clear goal: Work with people who care, build things that matter.

I’ve spent the last 15 years across different roles, industries and countries.

Mostly building stuff. Sometimes for clients, sometimes for my own projects. Always with purpose.

Showtacle – laser, LEDs and entreteiment business
My first real job, where I went from sales and marketing, through products, to CEO of a company. I left the company after 7 years. I have traveled to more than 56 countries to expand the company’s business.

Here’s what I bring to the table.

Tech & Product Building

End-to-End Delivery of Apps, Websites, and Systems
AI workflows & automation
Product thinking & UX flow design
Customer journey mapping
Behavior analysis & continuous UX
Project management (apps & web)

From raw idea to a working system, I manage digital builds with a clear sense of direction. I start with fast UX sketches in Figma, clean flows, and real user logic. I break work into steps using tools like Linear or ClickUp, then keep teams moving with async updates through Slack, Loom, and Notion. I’ve delivered web apps, public sites, and internal tools across sectors like banking, HR tech, and online learning. I’ve worked with React, FastAPI, and Firebase teams – but my job is to keep things simple, structured, and always moving forward.

Strategy & Business

I design and build AI assistants, automations, and chatbot flows that save time and reduce noise – especially for small teams. I use OpenAI’s Assistants API for persistent, memory-based agents, and combine it with Make to trigger workflows across tools. For chatbot UX, I work with Typebot or Landbot, often embedded in websites or connected to WhatsApp via Twilio. I enrich and route content through Google Sheets, Notion AI, and external APIs when needed. Everything is built around how real people work – not what’s trendy.

I currently speak 3 languages fluently, I have basic German, but I don’t have many opportunities to use it and I started with Swedish – so far at the level of children in school, but I’m not giving up.
